Billing questions
What is a credit?+
One credit is one fetched page or one search call. Research Agent sessions spend one credit per search or fetch step the agent takes; AI structured extraction adds credits per page. Credits reset at the start of each calendar month.
What happens if I run out mid-month?+
We never cut off your access mid-request. You'll get email alerts at 80% and 100% usage. After hitting your limit, extra usage is billed at your plan's overage rate, or you can upgrade instantly from the dashboard. Scale plans can auto-recharge.
Do you charge for failed requests?+
No charge when a failure is on our side, such as a timeout or server error. Pages fetched successfully are charged even if the site returns a 4xx or 5xx status. If a charge looks wrong, email [email protected] and we'll take a look.
How does annual billing work?+
Annual plans are billed once for the year at the lower monthly rate — effectively two months free versus paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from the dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Payments run through Stripe, which accepts most major credit and debit cards. Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice.
